Sophie & Dan - Lincolnshire Wedding

Old Leake Church Wedding

Sophie and dan opted for a bit of tradition with their wedding day by having a church ceremony before heading off to their reception venue. We started off with the bridal preparations over at The Hair Boutique which is a quirky little hair and beauty salon in Freiston with the girls having their hair done by the super talented Ema and makeup by Kizzy. The girls were all super relaxed, with a little tipple of Prosecco to get everyone into the celebration mood then back to Sophies parents home to start getting ready for the main event! Sophie's dress and choice of styling was absolutely stunning with a delegate lace, sweetheart lined strapless dress all topped with a divine cathedral veil. One thing you instantly notice about Sophie is her infectious smile - soon as she got in to her dress she was like something from a bridal magazine and safe to say Dans jaw was going to hit the floor when she walked down the aisle.

Now, Old Leake church is one of my favourite churches in the area, and not just because the vicar is amazing. You would never expect such a small village to have such a magnificent church but the interior is beautiful with subtle natural lighting falling perfectly onto the bride and groom as they stand at the alter.

After a beautiful ceremony and some pretty impressive singing we captured all the group shots then on to the reception venue for party time!

The Admiral Rodney Hotel - Horncastle

Ive shot a number of weddings over at the admiral and one thing that always stands out to me is how relaxed weddings there always seem to be. The reception room is a neutral colour wise allowing couples to decorate to their exact styling and the The Top Deck Suite, has a private staircase down to the gardens which is a perfect backdrop for a romantic day.

Here are some of my favourites from Sophie & Dans beautiful wedding day.
