The Dower House in Woodhall Spa is such a beautiful and elegant venue, hidden away off the beaten track, the perfect place for a wedding.
The day started at the Dower house to cover the bridal preparations. Everyone was in full swing getting ready on my arrival. The drinks were flowing, and the girls were looking amazing. After a quick introduction, I started the detail shots. Needless to say Lyndsey's dress was absolutely breath taking along with the colour schemes, little touches of glitz throughout the day i knew this was going to be a simply stunning wedding.
The ceremony was outdoors, which i always adore shooting, especially when the bride and groom have chosen a beautifully sunny day! It was a delight with both their friends and family surrounding them under an old willow tree. As Lyndsey walked down the red carpet, everyone was smiling, the sun was shining and Adam just couldn't hold in his emotions as he turned to see his beautiful bride walking down the aisle towards him.
The styling of the room was simply stunning, with beautiful florals throughout, all the guests were having a great time, and the speeches had everyone laughing with tears of joy and a few hard hitting moments that even made me wobble a little bit - all followed by the most beautiful singling by the couples youngest daughter. Simply WOW! not a dry eye in the room!
all in all the day was beautiful, everyone was so relaxed and enjoying the sunshine outdoors, The wedding vocalist sang the most wonderful songs and people were outside not he grass dancing, truly a wonderful day.
